You may have questions—about our homes and programs, what rules are in place and when visitors are allowed, what can be brought into our homes, what kind of activities will be available, and if you can come see the home before making a decision. Our Admission Process
If you or your loved one would like to become a resident of one of our Homes, look no further than your local Ontario Health atHome.
The Ontario Health atHome is a central agency that creates and manages all applications for every long-term care home in Ontario. A phone call to the Ontario Health atHome is all that is needed to initiate an application to move into our Homes.
