In this role, you&#8217;ll provide quality nursing care and support residents\u2019 daily living, while working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure resident health, safety, and dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RPN or RN)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current CPR certification (Heart Saver)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pharmacology and aseptic technique training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foot care certification and gerontology experience an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literacy preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear criminal record check and TB test required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical ability to perform essential job duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver resident-focused care in line with care plans and CNO standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer and monitor medications and treatments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support assessments, documentation, and care planning with the RN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in care conferences and family education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote resident independence and dignity in daily activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold infection control and safety standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with new resident orientation and interdisciplinary communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in ongoing training and maintain professional competence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Be part of a supportive, respectful environment where your nursing skills and compassion make a real difference.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wage Range &#8211; $29.52 &#8211; $34.46\/hour Princess Court is seeking a compassionate and skilled RPN to join our care team.
