Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you\u2019ll coordinate, implement, and supervise resident-centered nursing care in accordance with Ministry standards, CNO guidelines, and our Home\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid CPR and First Aid certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in gerontological nursing an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-RN education in gerontology preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer proficiency an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear criminal reference check and TB testing as per Ministry standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee daily nursing care and staffing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise and support RPNs and PSWs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure resident care plans are developed and followed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advocate for resident rights and holistic care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Join a team committed to quality, safety, and dignity for every resident.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wage Range &#8211; $36.63 &#8211; $52.50\/hour Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Princess Court We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
